Kappa and it's different flavors
There are two implementations of Kappa:
Kappa is the original implementation, written in Ocaml. The primary authors are Jérôme Feret and Jean Krivine.
KaSim A new rewrite of the Kappa simulator in OCAML by Jean Krivine.
jKappa is an implementation written in - you guessed it - Java:
Kappa RuleStudio
Kappa RuleStudio is a plugin for Eclipse for editing Kappa files and building models.
RuleBase
RuleBase.org is a powerful tool for modeling and simulation. Build models using a browser or import Kappa and run it on the cloud. RuleBase is provided by Harvard Medical School as a free service to the academic community.
The Perl API Client Library for RuleBase facilitates the importing, manipulation, and simulation of models through the RuleBase API.
